Thomas Gledhill has been a teacher for over thirty years and has worked in a variety of school settings, with extensive managerial experience and has been a senior leader in schools for over fifteen years.
Thomas has experience of being the deputy head of an Additional Learning Needs (ALN) school for children with moderate learning difficulties, and a headteacher of a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU). At the PRU he provided education and support for vulnerable young people excluded or at risk of exclusion from school. He is a specialist in ALN and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) education and has extensive experience safeguarding vulnerable children.
He has also established new Local Authority services to ensure bespoke support was available across the secondary phase.
Fran Gledhill has been a teacher for thirty years working in primary, international and special schools and was the head of a primary Pupil Referral Unit (PRU).
She has over 10 years management experience in several schools and has extensive experience as Safeguarding Lead. As the head of the PRU, Fran originally took over a small unit

She has over 10 years management experience in several schools and has extensive experience as Safeguarding Lead. As the head of the PRU, Fran originally took over a small unit and extended the work of outreach to train mainstream schools in supporting children with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs.
Fran developed community and family-based interventions to help re-engage vulnerable young people with education and society. Fran also set up and lead the first SEMH service for the authority including running panels to allocate education, social care, and medical support for vulnerable children.
Megan Gledhill has been an integral member of a management team within a children and young people's support service. She has been a key contributor to the growth of the company from its infancy into a very successful support service.

Megan holds a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education and a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care and is currently pursuing her Level 4 and 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership.
Possessing over three years of dedicated experience providing care and support to people with additional needs, Megan specialises in addressing challenging behaviours using de-escalation and redirection techniques. She employs a trauma-informed approach to promote well-being and has collaborated extensively with service users, families, and professionals.
Mimi Halfpenny has a background in management, and expertise within a support setting for children and young people.
Mimi has a solid academic foundation with a BSc Psychology degree and a Level 3 QCF in Health and Social Care for Children and Young People. She is currently pursuing her Level 4 and 5 QCF qualification in Health and Socia

Mimi’s background lies within recruitment and mentoring new staff members. Additionally, she was also a dedicated team member supporting people with diverse needs, contributing significantly to their development. Mimi excels in working with young people with challenging behaviour, employing a person-centred approach.
