Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) is the independent regulator of care and social services in Wales. They inspect and review services to ensure they meet high standards of quality, safety, and care.

CIW’s role is to promote improvement, safeguard the well-being of individuals, and provide the public with clear, trustworthy information about care providers across Wales.
